Megan's professional background is in leading organizations focused on social change.  Currently she is proud to be leading the Cuyahoga Community College Foundation.  


Sara Green

Sara is a Holistic Health Coach, her practice is in Rocky River, Ohio. She gained her qualification through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in New York.  In Australia, she worked as a Registered Nurse for almost 20 years and operated her own business as a private caterer.  As a Health Coach, Sara empowers and supports her clients to return to their true essence, to find balance and inner peace in their busy lives.  She provides a nurturing, safe and confidential space where people feel comfortable to share their concerns, she truly listens. Her sustainable diet and lifestyle recommendations plus the accountability of her Health Coaching Programs ensure her clients success. She guides them back to a place of self love, self acceptance, self worth, self care and gratitude.  

In her transformative work, Sara utilizes an integrative approach.  In conjunction to clean eating, optimal wellness and happiness are supported by many forms of nutrition such as healthy relationships, a satisfying daily purpose, regular exercise and a spiritual practice. 

She is truly passionate about authentically caring for her clients.

Dawn Witt Schroedder

Certified & Registered Yoga Teacher Yoga saved me when I was a stressed out Bond Futures Broker at the CBOT in the mid-'80s. It healed my body, soothed my soul and ignited my spiritual path. It is my faithful companion.

I received my first yoga certification in 1986 to learn more and deepen my personal practice.  I have been learning ever since.  Ten years later, I left the CBOT, moved to Cleveland and stepped into teaching yoga professionally and spending more time with my family. I actively study many styles of yoga with prominent teachers by attending teacher trainings and workshops. I am a Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance at the E-RYT 500 level, a KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation Teacher, a Gong Meditation Enthusiast, and am trained in YogaEd and Thai Yoga Massage.  As Adjunct Faculty, I teach Yoga for Educators Courses and Yoga Courses at Baldwin-Wallace University.
