Jan 4-6: Reflect and Renew, A Weekend Retreat at Stanford House, Cuyahoga Valley National Park

Centered Soul Retreats and Soar Mindfulness bring you a retreat sure to set you off into the New Year with clarity, grace and calm. Located in the heart of the Cuyahoga Valley National Park your Stanford House retreat is a short drive from downtown Cleveland yet it feels worlds away. You will experience a variety of yoga practices for all levels, meditation practices for beginners and experienced meditators alike; plant-based food and insightful instruction on how to set intentions and goals from a place of gratitude and self-love, not self-criticism. Soma Teas will join us for a very special mindful tea experience. There will also be free time to reflect and share conversation in the cozy 1840’s home or to walk the trails surrounding the property. You’ll step away from this retreat and into 2019 with purpose and peace.

Your co-facilitators for the weekend are Megan O’Bryan and Eliza Wing.

Megan O’Bryan is founder of Centered Soul Retreats which provides nurturing space and experiences to guide people to reflect, heal, grow and dream. She is a certified and registered yoga teacher and has worked in nonprofit leadership roles for more than two decades.
