This one-day retreat will be focused on practices that generate healing and loving energy, with the goal of healing ourselves and others. This retreat features all-levels yoga, meditation, dialogue, writing and reflection in a peaceful and warm setting. Lisa Kahl, Lynelle Kristine, Megan O’Bryan, Annie Schraibman are on the team of teachers participating in this event. Lunch will be provided by Heather Campbell of Intentional Eats Cleveland.
In keeping with the theme of sending healing energy out to those in need, all net proceeds from this day will be donated to charity.
This retreat is limited to 24 participants and the cost is $125.
